Our holistic centre is located in Greenwich near the Greenwich Observatory and Greenwich Park. We have been trading since 1993, and been going from strength to strength with a genuine intention to be of service to others and spread a message of tolerance towards all religions and cultures. We offer a place where people can express their spirituality, find healing and inspiration to progress in their spiritual journey.
History
Established in 1993.
We opened in 1993 as a small shop selling mainly healing crystals and a few books. Our first customers were children who liked to collect stones and minerals. After a little while we started offering Psychic readings, Mediumship and Spiritual Healing. Also healing therapies like Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki. Many of our customers and clients have been using our services and shop since the beginning. Those who have moved out of the area often come back to visit us and we are truly blessed to have so many who support us and appreciate what we offer. Of course Greenwich have grown and changed a lot since 20 years ago, many new people have moved to the area; spirituality and the healing arts have also grown in appreciation. There is a real exchange of energy and information with our customers now and a growing interest in spiritual matters. People from all walks of life practice meditation, healing and some form of spirituality. In love and light!

I founded Stepping Stones Mind Body and Soul Centre in 1993 out of a genuine wish to be surrounded by crystals, healing energy and beautiful things.
I then became a therapist and a healer myself and practiced reiki healing, aromatherapy and reflexology.
I loved working in close contact with people and the real exchange of energy that it generated.
Over the years many psychic, mediums, therapists and invaluable assistants have contributed to making our mind body and soul centre what it is today and for giving it a good reputation. I have been and I still am blessed with many truly gifted people who have ethic and compassion and a real wish to help others and do good.
